A Speech on “My Favorite Meal when I Go out To Eat”

Good (—) to one and all present here. I am (—), from (—). We all have our favorite meal that we like to eat when we go out. Sometimes, we don’t feel like trying other meals when we come to know that this meal is available in the restaurant.

I would like to tell you what is my favorite meal that I like to have when I go out. For me, health is an important concern, and I always prefer healthy meals.

I always like to have leafy salads that include spinach, kale, swiss chards, collards, and others, for starters. It is healthy, incredibly nutritious, and increases the volume of our food without increasing calories.

It is rich in  For my main course, I have a couple of favorites. One of them is lean beef and chicken breasts.

Though processed meat is unhealthy, according to research, unprocessed red meat is not harmful and does not pose health threats.

It is also rich in protein. For those who wish for weight loss, this would be a decent option, as a high-protein meal can help you burn up to 80-100 calories a day. This meal will satisfy my meat cravings;

I can have a tasty and hearty meal without any concern about consuming calories as this does not contain fat but is rich in protein which is a very useful nutrient the body requires. I would also like to have it along with some boiled potatoes.

These also promote weight loss and optimal health. These are rich in nutrients like potassium, which is an important nutrient in regulating blood pressure. It also helps me feel full without having to eat much.

Another favorite meal of mine is tuna dishes like tuna stakes or any other healthy tuna dish. Tuna is also a low-calorie food with high protein, which facilitates weight loss as it is less in fat. It is also very healthy due to its rich protein content.

Some days when I crave dairy products such as cheese, I go for cottage cheese, which is high in protein as it is less in carbohydrates and fats.

Since it is a dairy product, it is rich in calcium which promotes fat burning. It is also satiating and will make me feel full whilst satisfying my cravings at the same time.

With any meal I eat, I try to include vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, brussels sprouts, beans, and legumes. For desserts, I mostly have fruit salads, as fruits are very important to stay healthy and nourished, and these also help maintain our body weight. 

On cheat days, I like to have pizzas and burgers. It is necessary to have cheat days so as not to make our meals monotonous and boring. It is also important to keep your body healthy by exercising and eating healthy food.
