I (mention details), the operational manager of (mention details) Group in our company and your host for today. First, I would like to welcome each and every one of you to this special event. I am very happy to be able to deliver my speech today before all of you.
This day, as most of you would know, represents the annual group meeting, and it is a proud moment for all of us that our company could host this meeting with all of us.
I would like to extend my deepest respect and gratitude to all my colleagues and friends who were always eager to lend their support in making this event a success all these years. It is an impossible task to take the names of all those persons, so I want to thank each and every one who contributed in many different ways to make this event a successful one. It would have been impossible without the support of you all.
In this event today, our focus will be on all those new members and workers who have recently joined us. I know that you all are aware of the fact that why you have been selected by our authority. Of course, it’s because you have shown mutual passion and a spirit to work for the betterment of our company in close association with our other members.
Your enthusiasm for good work helps, and productivity helps us to work together in a group and unite the energy that we have in order to realize the goals at both our personal and professional levels. Everyone needs everyone working here to be able to work towards the growth and success of the company and that’s why it requires a celebration that will give us more power and confidence to achieve many other good things in the future for the betterment of our company.
In the future days, you will be able to learn different initiatives and methods with the help of some well-planned seminars, activities, and special events where you, as the precious members of our company, will be invited and given hands-on expertise for your own improvement. I hope this series of various events will help you grow and become more productive as well as more efficient than your present appearance.
I hope you are not feeling bored, and now, without any further ado, I would like to call on stage my manager to make all of you well aware of our upcoming projects. Please be assured that today will be a lot of fun and enjoyment.
I request that any one of you can come on stage and join me to share your precious suggestions and ideas, or share your doubts, questions, etc., with us. Also, you all are requested to collect your special lunch boxes after 12.
